2. Membership Cancellation
Members may cancel their membership at any time by providing written notice to our team. The following terms apply:
- Cancellation before billing cycle: If you cancel at least 7 days before your next billing cycle, no further charges will be made.
- Cancellation during billing cycle: If you cancel during an active billing period, you will continue to have access until the end of that period. No partial refunds will be issued for the remaining days.

3. Refund Policy
We strive to ensure complete satisfaction with our services. Our refund policy is as follows:
- Full refund: A full refund will be issued if you cancel within 24 hours of your initial purchase and have not used the workspace facilities.
- Partial refund: For cancellations made within the first 7 days of membership activation, a refund of 50% of the membership fee may be issued at our discretion, minus any applicable payment processing fees.
- No refund: After 7 days of membership activation, no refunds will be issued for the remaining period of your membership.
- Exceptional circumstances: Refunds for exceptional circumstances (medical emergencies, relocation, etc.) will be considered on a case-by-case basis with appropriate documentation.
4. Processing Refunds
All approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note:
- Bank processing times may vary, and it may take additional time for the refund to reflect in your account.
- Payment gateway charges and transaction fees are non-refundable.
5. Service Interruptions
In the event of service interruptions beyond our control (natural disasters, government restrictions, etc.), we will:
- Extend your membership period equivalent to the duration of the interruption, OR
- Provide a pro-rata credit for future use
Refunds for service interruptions will be considered only if the interruption exceeds 7 consecutive days.
